Commercial Projects
Edward Jones – Geneva, NY
The Geneva NY branch office is another build out completed by Faithful Contracting for Edward Jones. An entirely newly constructed 1200 SqFt space built to spec with acoustical ceilings throughout, LVT plank in common areas, carpet tile in the conference room & office giving this space a clean and modern look.
Edward Jones – Seneca Falls, NY
The Historic Partridge Building, Located in downtown Seneca Falls, is now home to a very clean and classy Edward Jones branch office completed by Faithful Contracting. A stunning 1200 sq. ft. unit, built to spec with a beautiful trim out throughout the space, towering 14’ tall fully encased poplar ceilings & exposed mechanicals giving a historical & industrial appearance.
Residential Projects
Bathroom Renovation, Penn Yan, NY
South of the Village of Penn Yan resides a lovely couple and home to a newly renovated master bath. This scope of work was a complete gut and remodel, using modern materials such as Schluter – Systems, Kerdi – Board & stainless steel floating bench hardware. Overall being described as a very clean and classy finished product.
Custom Duck Coop, Ithaca NY
Here lies a very early on project that helped to spark a vision for what Faithful contracting would become. Designed to match an already existing chicken coop/run, A family of little ducklings were equipped with a “state of the art” new home!
New Construction, Garage Build – Geneva, NY
This project was completed by Faithful Contracting for a return customer. Work included demolition of an existing decaying structure, Pole barn style framing, Rafter framing, 50amp Electrical service, Concrete smooth finish floor, vinyl siding, Vinyl soffit, Metal Roof and Facia.
Tree House – Victor, NY
Here lies one of Faithful Contracting’s favorite projects of all time.. “the tree house.” An extravagant project that truly was a child’s dream brought to reality. This new custom tree house was built in the heart of Victor, NY, in 2021, fully equipped with vinyl windows, electric, heat, cedar walls, recessed lighting, and a 75’ Zipline.
Bathroom Remodel – Geneva, NY
For this project, Faithful Contracting completed the remodel of a bathroom for a long-time family friend. The entire space was stripped to studs and renovated. The scope consisted of installing a walk-in shower, frosted glass shower doors, a diamond pattern ceramic tile floor & recessed lighting throughout, creating a fresh & new space to get ready for the day!
Basement Renovation – Geneseo, NY
This scope of work was a complete gut and remodel. Partition walls were built to create a 250 sq. ft. bedroom with a custom closet. Within the bedroom, A 4’ x 4’ void was cut out of the foundation to make way for an egress window. The bathroom from the 60s was demoed and remodeled. LVT plank was installed in common areas throughout.
